Due to continuous unfortunate news from the border road organisation BRO, after the ice case and the tunnel case, we are losing our construction workers on a regular basis.
The plan for that:
This can be eliminated by using tech such as robots, which still needs development, as currently our country is equipped with such technology independently, we would need to take the help of China in such a task. this will give us so many possibilities of the work as it will make the robots work in any condition without the risk of getting injured as their parts are replaceable and can be widely available.
Main issues:
We are not in a position to develop robots in cost-effective manner and meet all the needs if even got developed in the tech, lets say we even cracked the tech which someone else will soon do out laborers specially the marginal ones who live on daily wages and their work will be going to get extenguised, because if I try to find a skill labour in my area its still hard to do that, but in case of robots I will just need to instruct and the work will be done.
How to solve:
We need proper big corporate level firms for this sector as our country is not ready for these robo tech for now, and those firms would need to create the level of professionalism in this section as it's completely unorganised in this area.
By capturing the labour as their partners and forming a contract of daily work, they will then equip them with the latest tech for them to use. Make the work easier and faster.
In short:
I am communicating about the conversion of labour chaurahas as labour exchange. i have planned for this 2 months ago when I was working on a building material retail agency and I discussed the plan the higher executives, but they refused it, stating that it's too hard in operations (that company is a 20,000 crore listed entity), but I have decided to execute it but eventually after that month I got committed to something else left my another plan unexecuted. The market is enough to make it a billion-dollar brand.
