Note: These all were my old ideas which already have been executed i didn't intend to claim my ideas back it was just a way of expressing that these ideas also crossed my mind, and I didn't act so i lost the race before starting. [These are just my raw thoughts and i won't invest on them without proper investigation]

  • Makahana Business: 2 years back i decided to start a snack brand based to Makhana due to the issue of the huge amount of palm oil usage in our daily snacks to, i had planned to start a roasted Makhana brand with my father but due to a complex relationship of mine with my father i could not be able to convince my father to start a business with me, causing this plan to went unexecuted. This importance can you have seen now in recent years makhana's prices went up due to low production and other reasons and another is demand supply miss-match making it expensive for consumers but if we had started its production 2 years back we could have generated great wealth, but its not late today as well as you may know Indian Government have given benefits to the makhana producers in 2025 budget and given GI tag to makhana making it a still good business to proceed further considering the prices. Btw dry fruits and spices are my family business we are a top wholesaler in the market of Prayagraj city of Uttar Pradesh, so you can expect various businesses related to those as well.

  • Quick commerce: This one is by far the biggest loss of mine as i was generally in the year of 2022 and decided to start this business, as i my family's business was in the middle of the wholesale market we had the connection with all the wholesalers in the city to supply me goods on my family's good credibility and deliver it to the consumer in retail, but again making the relationship with my father made this business impossible to execute, it felt bad we had such relationship which caused me lost these many opportunities but still "Everything has already been decided we are here only to understand why we took that step".

I am very aware that there is a huge possibility that if i had started any of these businesses i might have gone bankrupt, due to my operational inefficiencies, i can think the process and improvements, but in the part of the implementation, i found myself at the backfoot. This makes me a bad choice for implementation work that's why chose this field of sales & consulting, where my part it just strategizing the steps to be followed.
